Arsyllfa : Observatory aims to look at ideas and research that will provide support to the Welsh rural economy in order to develop innovation and new ways of working.
Funded through the Welsh Government Rural Communities – Rural Development Programme 2014-2020, which is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Welsh Government, its core aim is to explore these ideas such as how to foster an entrepreneurial culture in the context initially of rural Carmarthenshire.
